The Cattle is staying here as a Symbol (amulet, talisman) of Gennadiy Balashov 5.10 party of economic reforms which is proposing a new Taxation System in Ukraine.

Ukraine, Kiev 2014: Story about the Office 5/10 and two symbols of unique Ukrainian businessman Gennadiy Balashov - the numbers 5.10 and the Golden Cattle. 

This Office and Red monument of 5.10 is located in the center of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. 

What does the cow mean?

The cattle / cow is a symbol of prosperity of Ukraine and Ukrainian people and talisman of 5/10 party.

Only Ukrainians themseves at their Ukrainian land will be able to get enough milk from an Ukrainian cattle!

How could they get it?

But... how Ukrainians would become rich during the period of only one generation?

How would it be really possible to make Ukrainians rich?

What the Red Symbol of numbers 5.10 means?

Why is it 5.10 ?

Actually, Gennadiy Balashov proposes to introduce new taxation's laws in Ukraine and to reduce taxation system in Ukraine: to introduce the system of 5.10. 

The system 5.10 means the cancellation of OLD taxation's system in Ukraine and the introduction of a NEW system of 5% of sale's tax, and only 10% of income tax (=the tax from salary or official income).

All other taxes, including VAT, must be cancelled.

Actually,  now, in 2014, officially the salary or income tax in Ukraine is = from 10% - to 17%.

Gennadiy Balashov considers that only this taxation system of 5/10 and reduction of present taxation will provide enormous amount of foreign investments in the economy of Ukraine.

Gennadiy Balashov claims that only peculators or dull persons cannot understand this proposed very simple taxation system.

Gennadiy Balashov considers that only a very developed system of paculators, or state Treasury embezzlers, is a real reason of embezzlement and corruption in Ukraine.

The corrupted economical system leads to the destruction of the state's economy and economic state of all citizens of Ukraine. 

How to stop it? Proposal is simple: introduce 5/10 tax system in the economy of UKRAINE!
